All-on-4 in Korea: What Does It Cost and How Many Trips?
A full arch on four implants in Seoul: what one clinic lists, how All-on-4 compares with All-on-6 on the same price list, the two-trip schedule, and what Korean dental labs are saying about the material of the final bridge.
Short answer: One Seoul clinic's 2026 international listing puts All-on-4 at ₩7,900,000 per arch (about $5,640) with Korean Osstem implants, VAT included. The same clinic lists All-on-6 at ₩9,900,000 ($7,070). Expect two trips: implants and a fixed temporary bridge on the first, the final bridge about 3 to 6 months later.
All-on-4 is the procedure that makes dental travel add up. A single implant saves you a few hundred dollars after flights. A full arch can save thousands.
Koreans call it 올온포. You'll also see 올온엑스 (All-on-X), the umbrella term for four, five or six implants under one bridge.
What does All-on-4 cost in Seoul?
Here's the full price list one Gangseo-gu clinic, 365 Seoul OneTop Dental, posts on the booking site Bookimed. Prices are per arch, VAT included:
| Option | Price per arch |
|---|---|
| All-on-4, Osstem SOI | ₩7,900,000 ($5,640) |
| Full-arch implants, Osstem SOI | ₩8,900,000 ($6,360) |
| All-on-6, Osstem SOI | ₩9,900,000 ($7,070) |
The listing includes the implants, a 3D CT scan and the consultation. Bone graft and sinus lift are extra, at ₩300,000 to ₩500,000 each per arch, if the CT shows you need them. Hotel and flights are on you.
Treat it as one data point, not a market rate. A Swiss brand like Straumann costs more; on single implants the gap in Seoul is about ₩500,000 to ₩700,000 a tooth. Ask any clinic exactly what the price covers, especially both the temporary and the final bridge.
All-on-4 or All-on-6?
The gap on that list is ₩2 million, about $1,430. Two more implants spread the bite across more posts.
All-on-4 exists for jaws with less bone. The back two implants are tilted to reach bone in front of the sinus or the nerve, which often avoids a graft. That's the dentist's call after seeing your CT, and it's a fair question to ask: "Why four for me and not six?"
How many trips does All-on-4 take?
Two, typically.
Trip 1. CT, extractions, the implants, and a fixed temporary bridge, often within a day or two of surgery. Clinics usually check the bite and gums again before you leave, so ask how many days they want you in Seoul before you book the return flight.
Between trips. You go home with the temporary teeth for about 3 to 6 months while the implants fuse with the bone. Soft food matters in this period.
Trip 2. The final bridge is scanned, made and fitted, with an adjustment visit or two.
What is the final bridge made of?
Usually zirconia, or a hybrid of resin over a metal frame. At least one Korean dental lab is pushing back on zirconia.
A Korean dental lab launching a resin-and-metal All-on-X bridge in July 2026 told the trade paper Dental News that some patients find zirconia superstructures too hard, with bite interference and discomfort. The lab claims a softer material wears more naturally and is easier to adjust. That's a product launch, not a study, but it's the right question to ask: what material, and how is it repaired if it chips?
What does follow-up look like?
A full-arch bridge is cleaned around, under and between the posts every day. Ask the clinic to show you the routine before you fly.
At home you'll want a dentist who can unscrew and clean the bridge. That means knowing the implant system, the multi-unit abutments and the screws. See Osstem or Straumann and follow-up after you fly home.
Clinics ask about smoking and gum disease first. Answer honestly; it changes the plan.
